HOW HARD IS IT JUST TO MOVE YOUR FINGERS A FEW CENTIMETERS TO PREVENT A POTENTIALLY PAINFUL AND EXPENSIVE ACCIDENT? Honestly, for most people it is "not cool" to signal entering a lane. Especially those wealthy drivers who drives BMWs and their Honda Civic, they just weave in and out, tailing you so close that the car bumpers are almost kissing, high beaming you like there's no tomorrow.
But I think the thing that pisses me off the most is when there is a 3rd lane converging into the 2nd lane from a u-turn and the car on the left absolutely refuses to let you through, as if it would kill them just to let you through. This especially happens during peak hour at the toll (the Kerinchi link, a taxi driver actually hit a guy's Kelisa because the taxi driver was too lazy to queue and the the Kelisa driver just didn't want to let the guy through - although this one, the taxi drivernye pasal la).
I also HATE motorcyclists that drive in between the 2nd and 3rd lane, like nobody's business, and they have the audacity to honk at you when they're in the wrong lane in the first place. Why do they risk that? This is true for those kapcai motorcycles, which, if involved in an accident, would stand no chance against those big wealthy cars. I saw quite a few accidents already, and those on motorcycles.... well they're just not that lucky.
